Refund policy

Please make sure to personalize your orders, especially the certificates, as I can only create them if you leave your information in the personalization field at checkout. If you do not do this and do not respond to my emails and phone calls, your order cannot be processed until you contact me with your information. Cancellation is excluded. Personalized goods cannot be exchanged or returned. Of course, this does not apply if we make mistakes that are not in the raw version. So if you receive the raw version and you approve everything in it, the raw version will be created on this basis. If there are errors in the certificate that were not in the rough draft, we will create a new certificate free of charge if there is enough time, or give you your money back. Therefore, please check the raw versions carefully.

According to § 312g para. 2 sentence 1 BGB, a consumer has no right of withdrawal in the case of a contract concluded outside of business premises or in the case of a distance contract if goods are specifically manufactured for a customer or tailored to their personal needs. Under European law, this is based on Art. 16 lit. c) of Directive 2011/83 (Consumer Rights Directive).
