Will I receive a digital rough version before my order is shipped?
Yes, every customer receives a digital rough version in PDF format via Whatsapp. We use the telephone number you have provided for this purpose. If the number is not available on Whatsapp, we will contact you by email or phone. The raw version is the basis for your order. Please check it carefully, if there are any errors and you don't say anything, your order will be created based on the rough version. This means that text errors etc. will also be visible on the final product.
Can I have changes made to the rough version if I don't like something?
Yes, the main thing is that you as the customer are happy with the end result.
Can I use my own text?
Yes, please send us a message via Whatsapp with your order number #xxxx and your text after receiving your order.
Can I make changes to the signature fields? e.g. 3 witnesses etc?
Yes, you can create your certificate however you want, as long as it fits and is Islamic compliant.
Can I have more things refined?
That depends on what you want to finish. Special finishes are possible for an extra charge.
How long does the processing take?
This varies depending on the volume of orders. There is always a banner directly on the homepage with information about the current processing time.
Why are the express costs so high?
The express costs are costs that the shipping service providers have set themselves. We ourselves do not earn anything from express orders; on the contrary, such orders are often associated with stress and time pressure. We only have the option to order express from us so that those who have been given a Nicah appointment at short notice also have a beautiful and precious memory in paper form.
How long does shipping take within Germany and Austria?

The shipping service provider varies depending on the format of the order (A4/A3) and whether express or standard shipping is used. In general, most A4 orders are shipped with Deutsche Post (approx. 3-4 days) or UPS (approx. 2-4 days) and A3 orders with DHL (approx. 1-3 days). Express orders take 1-2 days.
How long does shipping take within the EU?
By DHL/ UPS Express 1-2 working days.
Standard shipping within the EU takes approximately 4-7 working days*.

How long does it take to ship to the USA, Canada and co?
The shipping time is about 30 days for standard shipping and about 2-4 business days for express shipping.
Do you offer express shipping in every country?
Basically yes, just contact us via Whatsapp 0049-17640470843, if the express option is not available for your country, we will add it on the same day.
Are you liable for parcels that arrive late?
No, everyone can book their order by express or order from us as early as possible so that the order arrives on time. If the shipping service provider delays delivery, we are of course not liable as this is beyond our control. If you as a customer want a different service provider for your order, this is of course possible, please contact us.
